is their own original work and that they have the right to make it available to Extreme-Accounting and its sponsors

does not infringe any law

indemnify Extreme-Accounting and its sponsors against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by them, as a result of the contributor breaching the above warranty
waive any moral rights in their contribution.
